Our Spring to Life Retreat begins midday Saturday, April 29 through midday Monday May 1. Your retreat fee includes:

  • 2 nights lodging in beautifully appointed, shared accommodations with private bathrooms
  • Deliciously organic, Ayurveda-inspired cuisine for the Spring season
  • Daily Yoga classes, with guided meditation, pranayama, and tips for establishing Ayurveda morning and evening routines
  • Free time for hiking local mountains, enjoying healing massage, reading, and relaxing by the pool

It features a spectacular salt water hot soak spa, replete with cold plunge pool, wading areas and cool deck for year round enjoyment. Indoor-outdoor living spaces take full advantage of the mediterranean temperatures. Natural light and large windows complement the contemporary craftsman architecture.”

Your Hosts: Shelley Williams and Marla Wedge are longtime friends and colleagues who have enjoyed co-leading retreats together for the past 5 years. Together, they bring a soulful and playful approach to yoga alchemy, working well together as they guide each with experience with specific themes, juicy hands-on adjustments, intelligent sequences for the season, inspired music, attention to individual needs, and progressions suited for all levels. Join them for a special weekend of rejuvenation and celebration with inspired yoga, guided meditation, music, hiking, guided journal writing, laughter, and personal reflection time. These retreats are a great time to connect, heal, deepen your sadhana (spiritual practice), invigorate and align your body~mind~spirit, and enjoy the beautiful nature.


Breathe fresh, pure air while you practice yoga alongside new and old friends, detoxify your body with salt water hot soaks, and cold water plunges under the stars, and circulate your prana while you melt away winter’s layers on any of the fantastic hiking trails in the area.

Enjoy watching (and catching the scent!) as our private chef Simone prepare mouthwatering, healthy vegetarian cuisine for the spring season while you relax in the Great Room. Cleansing green juices, fruits, and yogurt, coffee/tea will be available for early risers, followed by warm breakfast, delightful lunch after yoga, and Simone’s secret recipes for dinner. All meals are family style.

Accommodations: the private retreat center is ours to enjoy as our own home. During our weekend, we have full access to enjoy the kitchen, Great Room, outdoor living room, covered porches, private pools, and fire pit area. All accommodations are shared, adult-dorm style living. It features several tastefully appointed guest rooms in the main house, as well as a separate bungalow and two tea houses situated in the beautifully landscaped garden. Each guest will have his/her own twin bed with high-quality linens/towels, and shared bathrooms. Room assignments are simply made on first come/first serve basis.


Retreat includes lodging for two evenings, all meals (starting with lunch on Saturday March 3, ending with brunch on Monday March 5th), daily yoga classes with Marla and Shelley, linens and towels, and access to entire property.
